North Carolina Headquarters:
As the geographic center of North Carolina, the counties of Orange, Chatham, Durham and Wake have a sense of history as well as cutting-edge technology.  In Orange County, the towns of Chapel Hill, Carrboro and Hillsborough are ideal areas for families, young adults and retirees.  The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is in a league of its own.  It incorporates a beautiful and active campus with a historic feel.  As the first state-supported university in America, the 729-acre campus has an enrollment of 27,000 students and boasts a 3,100-member faculty. As a Tree City USA, the town of Carrboro envelops the very essence of environment and community.  The two towns of Chapel Hill and Carrboro share school systems and border each other.  Our personal destinations include Top of the Hill Restaurant, the Carrboro Farmers Market and the Performing Arts Center at UNC Chapel Hill.  There is something for everyone and a Log or Timber Frame Home will create that vacation lifestyle while living in the heart of North Carolina.

Durham County and the City of Durham are home to The Research Triangle Park and Duke University.  Its creative feel and entrepreneurial community is the center for learning, achievement, creativity, research and industry. Known for its Tobacco District and the Durham Bulls, Durham was also the home to the first mill to produce denim. Durham enjoys a vibrant quality of life that incorporates neighborhoods that range from historic heavy timber homes on tree-canopied streets to renovated Downtown lofts to communities planned around lakes and golf courses.  There are many opportunities for Log and Timber Frame Homes within Durham County.

Wake County is the second most populous county in the state and is home to Raleigh, the state capitol and the county seat. The mix of urban cities and rural small towns distinguishes Wake County and allows something for every lifestyle.  It is the home North Carolina State University and excellent shops, restaurants and live entertainment are plentiful.

In stark contrast to the big city, Chatham County contains the towns of Pittsboro and Siler City.  The county boasts picturesque landscapes that are situated between two of the largest centers of population and commerce in North Carolina, The Triangle Region and the Piedmont Triad Region.  These two areas account for the county’s healthy economy and educated populations.  We have built many Log and Timber Frame Homes in this gorgeous environment.
