Interior framing of the upstairs apartment and lower level garage bays and workrooms is complete. Rough-in plumbing and electrical work is now in place.

The exterior stain of the carriage house is the environmentally friendly water based 'Harbor Mist' by Sherwin Williams, and the trim is a single coat Sherwin Williams lifetime warranty duration paint 'Griffin'.
The exterior walls of the garage bay have been covered with T1-11.
Drywall is complete in the living room, kitchen, breakfast nook and bedroom with bath.
Excavation and installation of pipes in the septic field is complete and the septic tank has been buried.
